Hi:
Have your bg GIF image, which is a texture of your choice and then insert the ackground into your table cell attribute, or if you want it all over the table do it in the table tags, for example:
a table;
a cell;
If you would rather use css, use the following:
background-image: http://www.yoururl.com/yourbg.gif]
